Unlike most courses, at No Paces Safety Club we want to make the process as easy and seamless as possible. Therefore, this registration page will have everything you need to successfully sign up & prepare for the course. We will continue keeping our company up to date and innovative for your convenience.

 

Step 1: Schedule & pay for your safety course.

This first step is required to be registered for our course. Payment must be fully completed or form will not be submitted. We teach our courses in multiple locations throughout Buffalo NY. As a result, prior to class date you will receive an email with the class location. Please follow all instructions on this page for your convenience.

NYS requires 18 hours of course instruction. In that, we created a fun three day course.

  • Course 1 - Class Instruction
  • Course 2 - Class Instruction
  • Course 3 - We finally go to the Range

Once you choose a class schedule, make payment and submit this form, you will then be registered for that course.

Step 2: Fully complete required forms below.

After payment is fully complete, these three forms are required before taking the course. For your convenience, each form is a very simple digital form. No papers or large files to carry around during class. At the end of each form, use your mouse pad or finger to provide a digital signature and press the “submit” button. We will receive an email with each form as they are fully completed. These forms are required by NYS. Thank you.

This is a release of liability & waiver of certain legal rights. (Please read carefully before signing). In consideration for my being permitted to participate in the activities of No Paces Safety Club, LLC, I agree to the following waiver & release agreement:

I acknowledge that target shooting, and firearms tactical training has inherent risks, hazards and dangers for anyone, that cannot be eliminated, particularly in a live-fire environment. I understand that these risks, hazards, and dangers include without limitation: 

  1. The risk of handling firearms and being near others that have firearms in their possession;
  2. The risk of ear damage from noise;
  3. The risk of injury from ammunition, targets, and shot from other guns;
  4. Walking in rugged country, including encounters with wildlife, animals, and insects;
  5. Inclement weather conditions;
  6. Exacerbation of pre-existing medical conditions.

I understand that risks, hazards, and dangers of the use of firearms and have had the opportunity to discuss with No Paces Safety Club, LLC. I understand that these activities may require good physical conditioning and a degree of skill and knowledge. I believe I have the good physical conditioning and the degree of skill and knowledge necessary for me to engage in these activities safely. I understand that I have responsibilities. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary. No one is forcing me to participate and I elect to participate despite the risks. I AM VOLUNTARILY USING THE NO PACES SAFETY CLUB, LLC WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE INHERENT RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS INVOLVED AND HEREBY ASSUME AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, PARALYSIS, OR DEATH.

Lastly, I, for myself, my heirs, successors, executors, and subrogates, hereby, KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, NO PACES SAFETY CLUB, LLC, their directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, suits, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) which are related to, arise out of, or are in any connection with my participationin this activity including but not limited to, NEGLIGENCE of any kind of nature, whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising directly or indirectly out of any damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death to me or my property as a result of my engaging in these activities or the use of these services. Animals or equipment, whather such damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death results from the negligence of No Paces Safety Club, LLC or from some other cause, I, for myself, my heirs, my successors, executors, and subrogates, further agree not to sue No Paces Safety Club, LLC, as a result of any injury, paralysis, or death suffered in connection with my use and participation in the activities of No Paces Safety Club, LLC.

Class Polices & Class Details (Please Read)

(Location Information) Once you’re fully registered, you will receive an email notification with the location information at least a week before the course. All class locations are in the Buffalo, New York area.

No Paces Safety Club (NPSC) presents:
New York State Pistol Permit/Concealed Carry Course * Mandatory 16+2 Hours

• At the pistol range you must wear closed-toed footwear, a billed cap, long sleeves, and long trousers. You may wear hoodies into the building but not on the range. * CELL PHONES SILENT, VIBRATE, OR OFF ONCE WE GET INSIDE THE RANGE

• If you have your own safety glasses and ear protection you may bring them

• REQUIRED $50 Range Fee. This is not my fee but a separate cost to use Pistol Range. (Includes range time, targets, eye protection, ear protection, use of handguns, rounds, etc). Required to pay in class prior to the Pistol Range Session.

No one can be admitted inside the actual firing range without the $50 payment being previously paid and the Waiver being signed.

After you become Members of NPSC then you’ll be invited to the Private NPSC Page

• After you have officially joined NPSC you will be allowed to join National African American Gun Association (NAAGA) NAAGA
– National African American Gun Association

• NPSC NYS CCW/Pistol Permit Certificates will be handed out to each of you who successfully pass the classroom portion and perform the range requirements. This is the Certification necessary to apply for your pistol permit.
